Blue Mill staff is form the best trained personnel, in 1994 a new research and development department was formed, the main target out of it was to observe apply and enhance standards of quality and hygienic conditions. A new laboratory was formed in order to have the best ingredients , raw materials, and perfect conditions.

The production capacity was doubled due to the care of the quality in addition to the appearance of the product.
